January 20th, 2016.

Today was an awesome day. I feel so accomplished. I finally got a kudos from a well respected chaperone about my hard-workingness at my work site. Thus far I have experienced 2 great moments in this city. Yesterday I went to a Pelicans game and had the time of my life. In the beginning of the week I told the group that my challenge is to come out of my comfort shell, and during that game I did so! The other awesome experience was during our tour in the french quarter. I saw a street band preform and in the performers eyes I saw something I have never seen before in someone with so little...Passion. The trumpet player was speaking magnitudes with nothing but music. I was so inspired and love working here with these awesome people.
