Pre-Nola

My name is Juwan Richardson and I'm a first year Bonner attending the Nola trip. So far the ride is going well but I don't know what to expect. A part of me is a little confused. Why are we going still going to New oreleans of the storms was over 11 years ago? I may not fully understand why hasen't this area been fully restored since the storm. However I know the TCNJ Bonners would not choose to service this community unless they believed the service was necessary.
